This department covers the health side of the shelf: chyawanprash and classical ayurvedic preparations, vitamins and minerals, digestive and seasonal remedies, and the practical things a household keeps to hand such as braces, supports and hot and cold packs. Grooming and body care now have their own department, so you are not sorting through toothpaste to find a supplement.

A word we would rather say plainly. Nothing sold here is a medicine, and nothing on this site is intended to diagnose or treat a condition. If you take prescription medication or you are pregnant, please speak to your doctor before starting an ayurvedic preparation or a new supplement. We would rather lose the sale than have you take something that does not suit you.

Questions people ask

Are these products allowed into my country?

Supplements and ayurvedic preparations are treated differently from one country to the next, and the rules change. We do not list anything we believe is restricted, but you are the importer of record for personal shipments, so if you are ordering something unusual it is worth a quick check against your own country's rules first.

How do I know the product is genuine?

Everything is bought from the brand or from a seller we have checked, in India, and shipped in its original sealed packaging. We do not repackage anything.

Will I be asked to pay customs or duties when it arrives?

No. Shipping and duties are both settled at checkout, so the total you see there is the total you pay. Nothing is collected at your door.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship from India to the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Australia. Your shipping options and the final total are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

What if something arrives damaged?

Send us photographs at [email protected] within seven days of delivery and we will make it right with a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. You do not need to ship the item back.
