We ship from our hubs in India to the entire United States: all 50 states, Washington DC, US territories, and APO/FPO military addresses. Additional destinations are listed in the Ship-To selector as we open them.
We pack and dispatch your order within 2 to 4 business days, and delivery usually takes 10 to 15 business days in all with our standard shipping.
Every parcel is tracked from our hub to your door, and you can follow it at each stage.
Your parcel travels with DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your region and the option you choose. Your tracking link shows the carrier.
The price on a product page is for the item itself. At checkout we calculate international shipping and any import duties for your address, add them once, and show you the full total before you pay.
That total is final. We pay the duties on your behalf before your parcel reaches customs, so the carrier will not collect anything from you at delivery.
Please note that once a customs fee has been remitted to a government it cannot be recovered, by us or by anyone else. It is the only part of an order we are unable to refund.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us photographs of the item and its packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
If your tracking shows no movement for 48 hours, please write to us. We will take it up with the carrier directly and keep you informed.
We can update your delivery address at any time before the parcel is dispatched. After dispatch, international carriers cannot redirect a parcel, so we ask you to check your address carefully at checkout.
