aalacart is a direct seller, not a marketplace. When you place an order, we purchase the item from the maker or brand on your behalf and take responsibility for international shipping, customs, and support until it reaches your door.
Please keep your sign-in method secure and your delivery details accurate. Anyone may browse as a guest; an account is required to check out so that we can properly look after your order.
Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we refund you in full without delay.
You may cancel any order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, from Account → Orders.
After 24 hours we have already purchased your item from the maker, and cancellation is no longer possible. We keep the window at a full day so you have genuine time to reconsider.
If a listing contains an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and fully refund the affected items before dispatch. We will always write to you and explain.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under US consumer law. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the affected order.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
