Much of it is the sort of thing people restock rather than research, which is why it is worth ordering a few together. Shipping is priced by weight and volume, so several small items in one parcel almost always works out better than the same items sent separately.

If you grew up with a particular Indian brand, this is usually where you will find it. The formulations sold in India are not always identical to the export versions carried elsewhere, and for most people that difference is the whole point.

Questions people ask

Can you ship aerosols, or anything pressurised?

No. Aerosols, pressurised cans and flammable liquids cannot travel by air freight, so we do not list them. If something you expected to find is missing from this department, this is usually why.

Will an electric trimmer or massager work where I live?

Check the listing before ordering. Devices that charge over USB will be fine anywhere. Anything that plugs straight into the wall is built for India's 230 volt supply, which suits the UAE and Australia but not the United States or Canada.

Will I be asked to pay customs or duties when it arrives?

No. Shipping and duties are both settled at checkout, so the total you see there is the total you pay. Nothing is collected at your door.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship from India to the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Australia. Your shipping options and the final total are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

What if something arrives damaged?

Send us photographs at [email protected] within seven days of delivery and we will make it right with a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. You do not need to ship the item back.
