About the Book Lately, mom displayed a lack of interest in activities she once enjoyed. There was a subtle shift taking place, one we remained largely oblivious to. However, at my core, at a very subconscious level, I feel that I knew something beyond the known disease. This knowledge was so profound and silent that it never surfaced, not even when the doctors gave no hope. An unusual phenomenon unfolds, intriguing me to draw acquaintance with the parallel world---a world where my mom currently resides. . About the Author Chetna Shridhar, born and raised in Delhi, is an alumna of Carmel Convent School in Chanakyapuri New Delhi. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Sociology (Hons) from Hindu College, Delhi University, and pursued her majors at JNU. Her second major is in Clinical Psychology, and she is currently focused on pursuing her next major in Thanatology, a course not yet introduced in India. In the early years of her career, Chetna worked with prominent corporates in HR and training departments. She then transitioned to become a behavioural trainer and subsequently joined various faculties as a visiting lecturer. Her curriculum domains have ranged from Broadcast Journalism to Behavioural Studies and Communication Studies, Sociology and Social Anthropology. This book is a dedication to my parents and is written in loving memory of my mother, Mrs Usha Shridhar-----A tale of my longing and the transformation of the connection I once shared with her. A bond that has evolved from internal to eternal.
