Afra Anti-spatter Gel, Grade 3110 is a semi-solid, waxy gel containing a special polymer dispersed in a wax base. It is a nozzle maintenance aid, which prevents accumulation of spatter on nozzles and tips of welding torches. Such build up of spatter can lead to poor gas coverage and result in poor welds. The regular use of Afra Anti-spatter Gel, 3110 greatly improves weld quality and reduces downtime. Helps to maintain a clean nozzle and improve gas coverage. Eliminates build up of spatter and increases life of nozzles and tips. Reduces downtime. Avoids problems caused to poor gas coverage such as pitting, porosity and burn backs.
