Do not worry; previously well-fed fish can survive a week or more without food. 2. Fill the fish bag a third of the way full with water from the aquarium. 3. Place one fish into each plastic bag. Do not put multiple fish in the same bag. 4. Place a second bag over the first bag so that it is extra protected. This helps in case the bag leaks. 5.
