It can also be used for cutting meats. It has a long, thin and flexible blade that makes it easy to remove the skin, while its smooth edge glides smoothly when cutting. PRECISION AND DURABILITY: This ham knife is made using a patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool. CLASSIC AND SAFE DESIGN: Handle designed for daily use without losing design, where straight lines with large formal contrasts and color predominate. It's made of polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
