Fantasies are never baseless. They always weave around a frame of truth. My fantasies are inspired by two things. First is the glorious past of the Indian subcontinent. The second is contemporary global political, social, and environmental issues. It makes no claim to the consistency of geographical names or historical facts. The names of places, people, and things have been chosen to suit the needs of the fantasy. The goal of this book or any part of it is not to judge any civilization, country, religion, caste, community, or person as advanced or backward, high or low. No part of the book aims to criticize the administration or government.
