• Vertical Light Source Consideration: The scanner features a vertical light source, which may create reflective stains when scanning shiny materials such as coated paper magazines that can affect the quality of the scanned image. Scanning reflective materials is therefore not recommended
• Book Thickness Specifications: The Shine Ultra series surface flattening technology is suitable for scanning thin books with maximum thickness of 10mm for A3 books and 15mm for A4 books. For medium-thick books (max. 16mm for A3 books, 30mm for A4 books) the Aura Pro is recommended, and for thicker books the ET series supports maximum thickness of 35mm for A3 books and 50mm for A4 books
