Our residential hinge is made of flexible PVC and is able to use in a variety of different applications. Recommended for 4.5mm panels, the friction allows the two or more panels to be held together without the use of screws or messy adhesives. Once assembled, the panels are able to move freely up to 300 degrees with ease and allow freestanding panels when two or more attached pieces are in play. Their low profile creates a non-invasive mount for most acrylic panels. Although a bite groove helps with separation, it is not necessary in low-traffic areas. Note: Not suitable for 3mm or 6mm materials.
