It is made out of non-toxic gel and medical grade PVC cover, resisting tearing and leaking. There is soft fabric backing it on one side that allows for dual temperature use, as well as a four section pouch design to ensure the gel beads are evenly distributed throughout the pack and it can fold to fit any body part. Apply the fabric side on your skin and then switch over to the plastic side once the cold or hot sensation wears off.
