The Revive bulb provides 50,000 hours of flicker-free 670nm red light to optimize sleep quality and improve mental and physical performance during the day. A standard A19 bulb size with an E26 base fits most standard household bulbs. The Revive bulb can be turned on one hour before bedtime or turned on overnight. For best results, other light sources should be turned off while using Revive. Red light does not interfere with the natural circadian rhythm like other wavelengths of light. Typical light includes blue wavelengths that prohibit the production of melatonin, the body's natural sleep inductor.
