Always do a test cut to verify settings. Application for Heat Press 1: Set heat press to 302 to 320°F. 2: Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds. 3: Cover design with a teflon sheet. 4: Apply medium pressure to garment for 10 - 15 seconds. 5. Cold peel. Recommend to wait 15-30 seconds before peeling off the clear carrier sheet. Application for Home Iron 1: Set iron dial between cotton and wool and turn off the steam. 2: Place garment on a flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended) 3: Pre-iron on the garment to remove any moisture and wrinkles. 4: Place design on the garment and cover design with a teflon sheet. 5: Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron). 6: Press each section of the design for 10-15 seconds. If areas of the design lift after application, cover teflon sheet and repress for 10 -15 seconds. 7: Cold peel. Washing Instructions: 1: Wait 24 hours before washing and turn inside out.
