Available in 2 versions: 150 & 180. Ampia 150 produces pasta sheets with a max width of 150mm (6") while Ampia 180 produces pasta sheets with a max width of 180mm (7"). Adjustment knob with 10 clear positions for desired pasta thickness. Stable and sturdy thanks to easy-to-fix clamp. Easy to clean: Let sit out for at least 30 minutes and then clean off remaining dough residue with a dry cleaning brush.
