Both Swedana Potli and Abhyanga oil help ease stiffness and soreness of the affected area and increasing mobility. Swedana Potl Contains vital Ayurvedic Herbs like Alsi, Nirgundi, Neem Patra, Turmeric etc Abhyanga Oil contains Maha Narayan oil (Tail), Maha Vishagarbha Oil, Maha mash oil, Panch gun Oil, Nirgundi Oil , Peedashamak Oil, Malkagani Oil, Gandhpura Oil , Tarpeen Tel ,Til Tel and Also beej oil prepared using Tail pak vidhi. Usage: Each of the ingredients can be used singly or in conjunction to relieve pain. To use Abhayanga Oil singly : Apply 5-10 ml on the affected part and gently massage for a few minutes. Repeat as often as required. Keep the area covered with a soft and dry cloth and wait for the oil to get absorbed for faster and better results. To use Swedana Potli singly : Place the herbal compress on a hot plate or dampen the base by spraying fresh water on it. (Take care not to heat for more than 10 min as Overheating will burn the potli. 2.
