Actually this part is combination of two different items. First one is plastic ring with four locks and second one is cotton cloth with elastic rubber. The cotton cloth is open on both sides out of which one side is small and other side is bigger. The big size elastic is connected with the plastic ring and small size elastic is directly connected to flourmill chamber. After putting plastic ring on steel vessel, all of its four locks shifted and it locks itself. By using this part, we can stop wheat dust while flourmill is running.
