These pans light-weight aluminum pans are built to last. Bake quick breads and traditional Scandinavian almond cakes in this classic formed aluminum ribbed pan. Aluminum conducts heat evenly for terrific results, and will not rust or warp in the oven. A lighter weight formed aluminum pan with premium nonstick interior surface which allows for easy release and effortless cleanup. Pan exterior measurements - 13.6 x 4.9 x 1.9 inches with an interior of 11.6 x 4.1 inches and a 4 cup capacity. Use and Care: 1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended. 2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray. 3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow. 4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces. Proudly made in the USA
