The QPKING SDT203 is a 12V automotive smoke machine designed to help locate leaks in compatible low-pressure vehicle systems. Its built-in air pump eliminates the need for a separate shop compressor, while the adjustable smoke flow, pressure gauge and visible flow meter provide clear feedback during diagnosis. Use the SDT203 as an EVAP smoke machine, automotive vacuum leak tester and car smoke leak detector for compatible EVAP, intake, vacuum, exhaust, crankcase, turbo or boost, fuel-vapor and vehicle-sealing systems. It is suitable for many 12V cars, motorcycles, ATVs, light trucks, snowmobiles and boats when the connection size and test procedure are compatible. Connect the power clamps to a 12V vehicle battery, seal the system with the cone adapter or universal airbag, observe the pressure and airflow, then introduce smoke to help locate leaking hoses, seals, fittings or connections. Always follow the vehicle manufacturer’s service information and permitted test pressure. The package includes the QPKING SDT203 main unit, power clamp, smoke hose, standard cone adapter, universal airbag, rubber hose plug, hook, funnel and user manual. Smoke oil is not included. Add only the oil type and amount specified in the manual and avoid overfilling. For safer operation, test with the engine off, allow hot components to cool, work in a ventilated area and let the unit rest during extended use. Do not use the machine on pressurized, hot or fluid-filled systems, including A/C refrigerant circuits, brake or hydraulic systems, unless the vehicle manufacturer specifically provides a compatible smoke-testing procedure.
