If your order arrives damaged, please email us photographs of the item and its box within 7 days of delivery, and we will refund the full amount or send a replacement at no cost, whichever you prefer. Because every parcel clears customs specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns of items that arrived in good condition, so if you are unsure about sizing or details, please write to us before ordering.
