ABOUT THIS FIND
The RPL1116 is a high-performance active logic probe that connects digital signals from a system under test to DS1000Z Plus series digital oscilloscopes for logical analysis functionality. The RPL1116 also comes standard with 20 signal wires and 20 probe hooks for flexible connection of the signal under test and reference ground. The zero point of the probe can be calibrated using the self-calibration function in the LA menu of the oscilloscope.
