Plant Pack: Fundamentals is a set of essential products for your planted aquarium, in the same kit it brings three great products: Flourish, Flourish Iron and Flourish Excel. Flourish™ is an extensive supplement for planted aquariums. It contains a rich variety of important micronutrients, trace elements, and other nutrients. Ingredients include calcium, magnesium, iron and other elements of utmost importance to all aquatic plants. Flourish Iron™ is a highly concentrated ferrous gluconate (Fe+2) (10,000 mg/l) supplement. Must be used in cases where the iron requirement exceeds the one where plants benefit from Flourish Iron™ more easily than EDTA iron sources as these are in a ferric state (Fe+3). Flourish Excel™ is a source of bio-available organic carbon, all plants require a carbon source, usually obtained by CO2, but can also be obtained by simple organic compounds, can be used alone or together as CO2 injection.
