It's an attempt to make people who are hurting, or in the process of healing or even those who are confused & yet to figure out what to do next; feel heard, loved & guided. Everybody goes through certain phases/situations in their lives that tend to change them in ways we cannot possibly explain. We sometimes lose sight of who we are, what we want & what we deserve. 'Seeking yourself' focuses on exhibiting how important it is to seek ourselves in the end, even in the process of struggling, getting lost, hurting, realising & healing.
