Adjust A Heels (heel lifts) are perfect for anyone looking to alleviate pain from leg length discrepancies, heel spurs, Achilles tendonitis or sore calf muscles. It features 3 different heights for whichever lift height suits best for you; 1/8”, 1/4”, and 3/8Ó heights. Our Adjust A Heel is simple to use; simply peel of one or both of the removable 1/8” layers to reduce the height. Our heel lifts are manufactured from Neoprene sponge rubber, which grips the inside of your shoe, so no matter the activity, they will stay in place without sliding in your shoes. Adjust A Heels feature a comfortable vegan suede top cover providing a nice look as well as supreme comfort, balance and support. Our adjustable heel lifts come in 3 sizes; Small (M 3 7 / W 5 10), Medium (M 8 11 / W 10 13), Large (M 12+ / W 14+)
